You'll never go back to another protein bar. This one is my fave when I need energy and protein - it's satisfying to eat, feels like I'm actually eating food and not processed junk. Thankful for whole food ingredients and amazing taste.

They're made with good ingredients. Very clean recipe. They do give a nice boost of energy. I like that they're made in Canada, that's why I bought them. They're pretty similar to a few days old black bean brownie. My girlfriend wouldn't try one cuz she thought they look nasty. The flavor isn't even, some bites are much better than others. Some bites are kind of bitter. They are pretty hard on the digestive system too, I wouldn't recommend eating more than one a day. You'll understand when you see how it comes out of you. I eat one every two days. The plastic packaging is pretty heavy, must aid in shelf-life, probably not good for the environment though. Package pesentation is nice though. Not sure if I'll buy again but also haven't found a better option made in Canada. The bars I usually buy, American, have terrifs on them now.

Taste is great, and macros good for the size of bar. No added crap either, so it’s a solid healthy choice!

After conducting market research on health bars, I finally came across this product. It is the only bar currently on the market with such a simple ingredient list. In contrast, bars like Clif and Pure Protein contain a long list of emulsifiers, which serious studies have linked to potential cancer risks and disruptions in gut microbiota. Moreover, many bars on the market pack astronomical amounts of sugar while marketing themselves as "protein bars." I highly recommend this bar—not only for its clean ingredients but also for its delicious taste!
