Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Free shipping available over $99 before tax.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 3–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Shipping Delays

ME Nutrition Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged packaging or products (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
