At ME Nutrition Solutions, we take pride in producing high-quality food products. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any food items once they have been shipped.

Returns

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any protein bars or other consumable products.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
